Curt worked on the KISStory documentary and gained access to hundreds of never before seen videos. Curt was then sending out lists of video files and DVDs trying to sell them to collectors. It's not clear how Curt copied KISS' D2 archive, but it was not his to share or sell and he was the only one with access.

The following pages are the clips included in KISS' D2 Archives in Curt's handwriting. This matches the Excel list that was sent to Julian Gill on 10/16/2021. That list can be downloaded below. The email to Julian has been shared with permission. 

Prior to June 2022, a group of friends and I bought the full Largo 1975 show from a private collector for $1,000.00. Following the KISS Expo Creatures Fest in May 2022 the show began appearing in trade circles. We were unhappy the show leaked and wanted to know where it came from since we sold a copy that "no one else had"

After being unhappy about Largo, another collector reached out to me about more clips for sale. The "Buddy" here was author and photo collector Marc Scallatino. He is named later on. This DVD list matches the Excel file sent to Julian Gill in 2021.

As seen here, not only were we being offered the DVDs but then a list of files and lastly,  a full harddrive of KISS clips. Again, the majority of the clips and DVDs here are the same list from Curt's email to Julian Gill in 2021

We made a deal to buy all the DVDs and a Hard Drive full of 3TB of KISS footage. At  this point, no one knew that this footage came from the band. The 2021 email to Julian was not uncovered until months later. We thought it was just what Curt hoarded

Money collected by me from three parties to then be forward for payment of the Hard Drive and DVDs. I've blocked out the people's name here that went in on this footage with me. I understand some want to "stay out of it" but coming forward would help me tremendously.

After the harddrive and DVDs were delivered, we realized what had happened and where this came from.  No one knew this was stolen from KISS. The Excel was not shared until the drive had been received. The drive started with 50-60 files number 1-102. This was the KISS D2 Archive. All previously unknown.

By June 22, Marc was working on the hard drive and copying discs to mail out to us. It was also discovered that marc and Ros were friends.

The discs and hard drive were mailed and would be given to me on or around July 1. I don't have any texts or emails to confirm the date, but by July 6 I discovered some of the DVDs would not play.

By July 6 many of discs had already leaked. As I was capturing and copying the discs for all those involved as mentioned above, I noticed some discs were bad. Houston 76, Largo 77, Nashville 85 all would not play.

Anahiem and Houston 76 were posted by Sam Loomis on July 7th 2022. At the time of the leak, I was not in possession of working copies of the discs mentioned above.

July 9, 20022 replacements of discs were being mailed. 

By July 10, 2022 Nashville 85 had been posted on YouTube.

I would not receive new copies of the discs until July 30 2022. I watched Houston 76 first. 

By September of 2022, Curt was doing anything he could to remove KISS videos he sold from YouTube. He went as far as using his email address to impersonate UMG INC (Universal Music Group). He is not affiliated with UMG or Universal Music Group. 

Frustrated with YouTube, I launched my website in early 2023 to host all my videos. On 5.12.2023 I released an HD upscale of The Greatest Show on Earth. The next day I received a false DMCA notice sent by Curt claiming he owned footage in the film. 

I challenged these claims and Curt had 10 business days to show ownership OR file a lawsuit. If neither of these were done, my videos would be restored.

Curt would lose against Vimeo and my videos were all restored on 5.27.2023.
